Do I need to book ahead of time?

Birthday Parties, Group bookings and other special events need to be booked ahead of time. Small groups and individuals may purchase jump tickets online ahead of time or pay upon arrival. *Please note that we can not guarantee any jump times that are not booked in advance

Is there a minimum or maximum age?

No! We have a separate kiddie court just for jumpers under 4. As long as you can stand and jump either on your own or with help you are welcome on our trampolines!

Are there only certain times I can come?

While the park may on occasion be closed to the public for private bookings, we are usually open to the public during our regular hours of operations which can be found here. Jumpers of all ages are welcome to jump during our regular hours of operation with the exception of Xtreme Nights on Saturday 10pm-12am. This time is reserved for jumpers ages 16+.

Do I need a waiver?

Yes, every jumper needs to have a valid waiver form filled out prior to beginning their jump. Jumpers under the age of 18 must have a Waiver completed by their legal guardian. If you have previously been to the park, the waiver is kept on file for 1 year from the date it was signed.

How can I complete a waiver?

Waivers can be completed online or in person at the park.

Do I need socks?

Every jumper requires a pair of trampoline grip socks. If you do not own a pair, a pair can be purchased from the park for $3.50 (Incl. Tax). Please note that we will have to inspect pre-used grip socks to ensure they still have enough grip.

What should I bring?

Most jumpers bring water, shorts and a t-shirt. There are washrooms available for changing.

Can I bring my own snacks?

Due to the potential danger of allergies we do not allow outside food in the park with the exception of birthday cakes for birthday parties booked into private party rooms. Food and drink can be purchased at the Café area. Please call us in advance to discuss other menu options. To ensure we have pizza, it must be ordered in advance.

Is there a place to leave my belongings while I jump?

Lockers are provided free of charge but jumpers will have to bring their own lock or purchase one from the cashier.

Xtreme Trampoline Park is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Are trampolines dangerous?

Trampolining is an active sport with inherent risks in which injuries do occur. For their safety, jumpers should obey all park rules, know their own abilities and stay within the limits of their skills and physical abilities. Please read your waiver carefully and talk to an XTPark representative if you have any questions before jumping.

How much does it cost?

For a complete list of prices please visit our pricing page.

Do you have any discounts?

With our progressive pricing, generally speaking, the longer you jump, the more you save. We also offer discounts for families via our 1-hour family pass. For frequent jumpers we offer our Bounce-A-Lot Pass

Is there supervision?

Jumpers in most of the park are monitored by Xtreme Trampoline Park Staff. In the “Kiddie Kourt” area, for children ages 4 and under, jumpers must be supervised by a parent or guardian.

Do I have to stay with my kids?

We ask that parents/guardians of children ages 12 and under remain at the park for the duration of the jump time.  Lounge chairs are available for parents at the Café area as well as free wifi is available.

Can I watch my kids jump?

We encourage parents to join in on the fun and purchase a jump ticket themselves, however, parents/guardians may also choose to watch the jumpers on the trampolines from the various benches situated throughout the park free of charge.

Is the park wheel chair accessible?

Yes! The park is equipped with wheel chair ramps and accessible washrooms.

Do you have gift cards?

Gift cards are available for purchase at the park or online. Cards can be loaded with any amount.
